Parties With a Purpose

There are a number of ways you can get involved with Hope 4 Kids International.

You may have the gift of hospitality! If so, you are already well equipped to have a Hope 4 Kids International party. It’s easy to organize… here’s a step-by-step guide.

  • Choose a date.
  • Determine your focus.
You know the needs, but by narrowing your focus you’ll be able to more effectively communicate with your group. Are you going to focus on the need for sponsorship, water, or share about trips with Hope 4 Kids International? We encourage you to contact the appropriate director at our office to ensure you are equipped for your party. Our office telephone number is (623) 979-5516.
  • Invite your friends and family.
Contact us for some sample invitations.
  • Host a party like only you can.
It can be as simple or as elaborate as you like. Share the story of your experience for 15-30 minutes at about the midpoint of your party. Speak from the heart. We also recommend that you limit the amount of pictures to show. We know that can be difficult Trust us, 15 pictures will have a greater impact than 150. This is also a great opportunity to show the Hope 4 Kids International video.
  • Host a Hope 4 Kids International table at your church or local event.
Is there an upcoming event at your church or in your area? What about a mission conference or a musical festival? Sign up with Hope 4 Kids International and you can represent the organization as an advocate. We are happy to provide brochures for this event and other resources, such as: mission applications, sponsorship forms, and videos!
  • Make sure you give your guests the opportunity to get involved.
If your focus is travel, provide mission applications. If it is sponsorship, provide child sponsorship applications or direct your guests to our website (www.hope4kidsinternational.org) so they can choose an available child. If you’ve chosen water, your group could work together to raise money for a well.
  • Remember to thank your guests for their time and opening their hearts to Hope 4 Kids International.
    • On June 21, 2008 Jennifer Rock & Paul Massara became husband and wife. In lieu of gifts, they had their friends and family make donations to Hope 4 Kids International in their honor.
