•  UGANDA     H4KI has created 950 Orphaned sponsorships, built a 66-bed hospital, improved the utility infrastructure, built a medical/dental clinic, purchased a 200 acre farm & stocked it with goats, pigs chickens & planted fruit trees & vegetables.
